After weeks of anticipation, lots of wiggling & jiggling, last week we had our first visit from the Tooth Fairy!
Which was pretty special in itself but it lead to a little panic attack.
I had no idea how much the tooth fairy charges for a tooth these days.
My Instagram friends suggested $5.00 for the first tooth, while another person said it had to a gold coin donation due to inflation.
I remember getting either a 50 cent or 20 cent coin in the 1980′s for each tooth…yes, I am that old.
So after some discussion with the Tooth fairy and her bankers, we settled on $2 for my son’s first tooth.
I think I have been scammed.
Which leads me to the next question: How much does the tooth fairy charge for the rest of the teeth?
Back to silver coins or are we still dealing in gold bullions? I know we live in WA, but does the Tooth Fairy get a mining tax as well for crossing the border?
How much does the Tooth Fairy charge in your house?
